For our customer - a manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry, we built a vision system to inspect a pharmaceutical bottle. The following were subject to inspection:

• the correctness of the batch number and expiry date on the label

• presence of a label on the bottle

• whether there is medicine in the bottle - drops

• checking that the stopper was correctly tightened

• ascertaining whether the dispensing stopper is correctly closed

• checking the presence of the dispensing tube inside the bottle
